1 Introduction of Anode assembly
In the aluminum electrolysis production process, the anode steel claw & Anode Rod (Stem) assembly as a conductive unit plays a vital role in the uniformity of current distribution in the electrolytic cell and the stability of the electrolyte system, and its working temperature is 400-900 °C. The Anode Rod (Stem) assembly is composed of an Anode Rod (Stem), an Electrical Steel-Alu Transition Joints and an anode steel claws, wherein the anode steel claws is made of carbon steel, the Anode Rod (Stem) is made of aluminum, the Electrical Steel-Alu Transition Joints is made of steel and alu. The anode steel claws and Anode Rod (Stem) are welded together by an Electrical Steel-Alu Transition Joints to become a component.
