Introduction of three parts of the anode assembly:
The anode assembly is an important part of the electrolytic aluminum production process, which is welded by aluminum guide rods, explosive blocks and anode steel claws. In the electrolytic cell, especially when starting up, the anode assembly is subjected to a large load under high temperature. Therefore, to ensure the service life of the anode assembly, the most important thing is to use high-quality transition joints and strictly control the welding quality. During the whole welding process, we always monitor the interface temperature of the transition joint and shall not exceed 350 degrees.

The anode assembly we produce have top welding quality; good electrical conductivity; good safety performance.

Production process of three parts of the anode assembly:
First, an anode guide rod assembly is formed by welding the anode steel claw and the aluminum guide rod, and then the anode carbon block and the steel claw of the anode guide rod assembly are assembled into an anode by casting phosphorus pig iron. The anode explosion composite block currently used is a steel bimetal anode explosion composite block, which is composed of aluminum plate and steel plate through explosion.
The aluminum electrolytic cell three-metal anode explosion plate includes aluminum plate and steel plate. A titanium plate is arranged between the aluminum plate and the steel plate. The aluminum plate, the titanium plate and the steel plate are connected by explosion welding. There is a layer of aluminum-titanium explosive composite surface, and a layer of titanium-steel explosive composite surface is formed between the bottom of the titanium sheet and the upper part of the steel plate. Among them, the thickness of the aluminum plate is 10~30mm, the thickness of the titanium sheet is 1~5mm, and the thickness of the steel plate is 30~50mm.
